I love seniors!!!

These two girls were so much fun!!! This is such an exciting time in their life and you can just feel how excited they are to be moving on to a new chapter in thier lives. A & S were so beautiful that it makes everything so easy. We went to several different locations and even though it was freazing cold and windy, the girls were such good sports!

I am currently looking for senior reps for next year from the area high schools. What are the benefits??! Well there are many! They get a free session and reduced print prices. Plus they receive a personal mini magazine style album of their favorite pictures from the session. There only commitment is to let others know where they got their senior pictures done, and the more referrals they have, the more benefits they get. It is such a fun way to get fantastic, fun, senior pictures done for a fraction of the cost. If you, or someone you know is going to graduate in 2009, have them send me an email about why they would make a great senior rep. So spread the word! I will be choosing senior reps soon!

The salt flats

I love shooting brides out at the salt flats. It is such a long drive, but it pays off with the end result. The day I went out there with A&M was no exception. A was such a trooper. The wind was blowing and it was freezing! But she just kept smiling through the whole thing! Before we headed out to the Salt flats, we went to La Caille for some fun bridal images there too. It was a long day, but I think A looks stunning!!!!

Attack of the goose

I had so much fun shooting A & M engagement photos. We went to LaCaille which has so many shootint opportunities. It was so fun to have the place all to ourselves, well, that is, except for the attack geese. We had set up a shot on a balcony on which A was precariously sitting on the railing when all of the sudden a goose came flying straight at us squaking loudly! It was one angry bird. Luckily, M had his wits about him to grab A so that she did not fall, while I preceded to run screaming. It was a fun morning and I am so excited to shoot thier groomals next week, geese and all.







And here is the big mean goose!!! LOL!!!

Love in the snow.

A&J braved the cold for this fun engagement session!! What a fun couple! They completely enjoy and love eachother and it was obvious throughout the session. Thanks for the fun session and all the laughs! I am excited to do your bridals and i can't wait for your wedding!!!!

My men!

I have not shared hardly any pictures of my wonderful cute family. Probably because they hate for me to take their picture. But I made them all behave and let me do a christmas shoot for them so that I could make a christmas card. And for those of you wondering why you have not received a card, well, I have not mailed them out yet. (ducking and hiding) So I figured I would share the loves of my life because it might not happen again until next Christmas.

It's Christmas time!!!!

I know it has been forever since I have posted on my blog. It has been such a crazy time of year. I have enjoyed meeting each and everyone of my wonderful clients this year! Thank you for choosing me to capture a small part of your life. This is just a reminder that Sandy Landon Photography will be closed from the 22nd of December until the 3rd of January!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful and very merry Christmas!!!

The new princess

And what a beautiful princess she is! Cari, I know you are so patiently waiting for these, but here is just a little sneak peak. If she did not live so close, I might have just taken her home with me. She is beautiful!!! Congratulations!!!!! More to come soon!! I promise!

It started so innocently...

What a fun senior shoot. These two girls have been best friends forever and so they really wanted to do thier senior pictures together. They are both so gorgeous!!! They make being a photographer easy! We started off with the beauty of the mountains, and then the girls spotted a harley!! It took them no time to convince the owner to let them pose on the bike!!! We ended the shoot in the freezing cold water, they were both great sports. And then, what had started out as innocent fun, went a little crazy!!! LOL!!! Moms, sorry and I hope the lake smell comes out of their clothes. Thanks girls for the fun day!!!

E&L, it was so obvious on your wedding day how much you love eachother. E, you were just beaming and I could see that L could not be happier to call you his wife. Thanks for letting me be a part of such a happy day!!
